Adan, a bright student at a local primary school was brutally raped and murdered, her young life cut short by the crushing of her innocent head. The perpetrator, identified as Hamza, remains at large, prompting a citywide manhunt by the police, who have promptly registered a case against him.
The shocking nature of the crime has drawn the attention of the Standing Committee for Human Rights of the National Assembly. Dr. Mahreen Razzaq Bhutto, the Chairperson has issued directives for a thorough investigation into the incident, demanding a detailed report from the law enforcement agencies.
