Pakistan’s captain, Babar Azam, etched his name in the record books during the recent T20I series against Ireland. Azam became the leading scorer of 50+ runs in T20 internationals, surpassing this milestone for a remarkable 39th time in his career.
His brilliance continued with a powerful 75-run performance during a crucial match against Ireland.
Further solidifying his dominance, Azam became the first Pakistani batsman ever to score a staggering 25 runs in a single T20I over. This feat was achieved against Ireland’s bowler Benjamin White, with Azam launching four impressive sixes.

Azam’s heroics didn’t stop there. Partnering with Mohammad Rizwan, they shattered another record by building a 139-run partnership. This marked their 10th-century stand together and propelled their combined T20I runs to over 3,000.
