No more tracking – On Wednesday, Twitter banned more than a dozen accounts involved in tracking the flight routes of the company’s CEO Elon Musk’s private jet. With the username @ElonJet, the primary account had been active for the last few years but is now permanently suspended from the tech site.
Here’s Elon Musk’s tweet regarding the ban:
Any account doxxing real-time location info of anyone will be suspended, as it is a physical safety violation. This includes posting links to sites with real-time location info.
Posting locations someone traveled to on a slightly delayed basis isn’t a safety problem, so is ok.

As per the details, @ElonJet was run by Jack Sweeney, a student at the University of Florida whose personal account has also been suspended for violating ‘Twitter rules.’ Well, it seems like the freshman won’t be tracking anyone again soon.
