Normally, cycling is considered to be a safe and healthy sport but what if fate has something else planned for you? Well, in a similar occurrence, recently, famous MMA fighter Conor McGregor got into an unexpected situation that could have escalated for the worst.
Conor McGregor involved in a biking accident
According to the acquired details, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) champion Conor McGregor got hit by a speeding car while cycling on Friday morning. Reportedly, the driver didn’t see McGregor due to the reflection of the sunlight and just ran through him.

Soon after the accident, the 34-year-old MMA fighter stood up and started recording the whole scene. Though McGregor was a bit shaken by the hit, he didn’t incur any major injury – just a few scratches. Later, he posted the picture of his broken bike along with two other clips showing what happened after the clash.

As per the Instagram videos, the driver didn’t escape, instantly stopped and came out of his car repeatedly apologizing to Conor McGregor. Being in control, the former UFC champion then asked the driver for a ride home and thanked God that it was not his time.
