With the political situation in Pakistan escalating with each passing day, recently, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman has disclosed extremely sensitive information regarding the opposing leadership.
Imran Khan reveals important information regarding Asif Ali Zardari
As per the official media reports, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has allegedly claimed that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari was among those who were planning to kill me in Wazirabad. Purportedly, there were a total of four people including the opposition leader who hatched the heinous plan against Khan.
“Asif Zardari has given Sindh government’s money to a terrorist organization to assassinate me”, said Imran Khan. He revealed the information while addressing a press conference over the worsening economic and political situation which will only bring new challenges for the nation in the coming days.
Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad seconds Imran Khan’s claims
Speaking on the matter, the former Prime Minister further stated, “They think that the only way to get me out of the way is actually to eliminate”. Previously, PTI’s senior leader Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad had also said that plans were being made to target Imran Khan.
“Asif Ali Zardari is planning to target Imran Khan”, said the PTI leader. It must be noted that last year, an assassination attempt was made on the PTI Chairman in Wazirabad during the long march which left him and several other party leaders wounded.
