In a remarkable act of bravery, Mohibullah, an excavator operator, has been widely recognized and rewarded for rescuing a family trapped in severe flooding in Killa Abdullah, Balochistan. Displaying immense courage, Mohibullah single-handedly carried out the rescue operation, risking his own life to save the family.
His heroic efforts did not go unnoticed, as he received a cash prize of Rs.0.5 million from the Quetta corps commander and a scholarship for his son from the Balochistan government. The rescue, which Mohibullah carried out after being moved by the sound of children crying, has garnered widespread praise across the country.

His selfless act was further acknowledged by Hilal-e-Ahmar Balochistan Chairman Abdul Wali Khan Ghabizai and Awami National Party member Zamrak Khan Achakzai, who each awarded him Rs.0.2 million. Despite his financial reward, Mohibullah humbly refused any money from the vehicle’s owner, stating that he acted out of faith and did it for Allah.
In addition to the monetary rewards, Killa Abdullah Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Farooq also honored Mohibullah with an appreciation certificate and a cash prize. His bravery has made him a symbol of selflessness and heroism in the region.
