CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Increases Prize Money To Rs.30 Million For Pakistan Hockey Team

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced a significant boost in prize money for the national hockey team, increasing it to Rs.30 million from the previous Rs.0.2 million.

During a recent meeting with the hockey team, CM Punjab presented a check of 3 crore rupees, expressing satisfaction with the team’s achievements and highlighting the restoration of national pride after 13 years.

She pledged full support, along with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, to revive the national hockey team and emphasized its historical significance for Pakistan.

Furthermore, Maryam Nawaz instructed provincial sports authorities to implement measures aimed at promoting sports and reiterated her commitment to sports development in Punjab.
