A Dubai court has sentenced two Pakistani men to three months in prison, followed by deportation for sexually assaulting a fellow worker. The incident took place on February 3rd, 2024, in a shared room within labor accommodation.

According to court documents, the two defendants conspired to commit the assault. One of the men threatened the victim with a knife, compelling the other to carry out the sexual assault. The attack was interrupted by a fellow resident who heard the victim’s cries for help, leading to the arrest of the perpetrators.

The prosecution presented compelling evidence, including eyewitness testimony and forensic analysis, which linked the second defendant directly to the crime. Despite their denials, the court found the evidence credible and consistent, resulting in a conviction.
