In recent news, Elon Musk’s ongoing conflict with Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes has now sparked the creation of a dedicated X account, “Alexandre Files.”
This account aims to document and publicly address the legal disputes between Musk’s social media platform, X, and the Brazilian judiciary. Musk’s move comes after a series of contentious interactions with Judge Moraes, who has taken significant legal actions against X.
Musk launched the Alexandre Files account with a post accusing Judge Moraes of committing crimes under Brazilian law, highlighting what Musk views as illegal and hypocritical actions by the judge.
The initial content on the account includes a comparison of Judge Moraes’s orders to block certain accounts — including that of a Brazilian Senator — with Brazilian law, underscoring what Musk perceives as overreach and violations of due process.

In recent developments, Judge Moraes also imposed sanctions on Starlink, Musk’s satellite internet company, by blocking its financial accounts in Brazil.
This action was attributed to X’s failure to appoint a representative in the country. Musk has previously criticized the judge for allegedly threatening X employees in Brazil and hinted at the possibility of shutting down its operations there due to mounting fines.
