In a shocking revelation, Elon Musk claimed that there have been two attempts on his life in the past year. This comes in the wake of the recent shooting at a rally for former US President Donald Trump, where Trump narrowly escaped death.
The incident occurred in Butler, Pennsylvania, where Trump was giving a speech. The suspected shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, fired multiple bullets, one of which pierced the top of Trump’s right ear.
Despite the attack, Trump survived. Although two attendees were critically injured, and Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-old volunteer fire chief, was killed while protecting his children.
In response to concerns for his safety, Musk took to X, to disclose the attempts on his life. “Dangerous times ahead”, Musk wrote. He further revealed that two individuals armed with guns were arrested within a 20-minute drive from Tesla’s headquarters in Texas over the past eight months.

Musk hinted at enhancing his security measures, even suggested, “Maybe it’s time to build that flying metal suit of armor”, reminiscent of Iron Man. Given Musk’s track record with innovations, this idea, although unconventional, seems plausible.
