Google Introduces AI Chatbot Called “Bard” To Compete With Microsoft’s ChatGPT

In a short span of time, the world has seen several huge advancements in science and technology. As of now, every person with access to the internet is obsessed with modern chatbots with one in particular – Chat GPT.

After Microsoft’s ChatGPT, Google launches “Bard”

As per the latest details, Google recently launched its own AI chatbot called “Bard” which is currently in the testing phase and will be available to the public in the coming months. Bard is said to be built on Google’s latest large language model ‘LaMDA’.

It is believed that Bard’s introduction into the market will create major competition in the AI industry. These AI chatbots are primarily being built to respond to human questions briefly and are definitely revolutionizing technology.

Google CEO calls Bard bold and responsible

Speaking on the revealing of Bard, Google CEO Sundar Pichai said, “Bard seeks to combine the breadth of the world’s knowledge with the power, intelligence, and creativity of our large language models.”

Since chatbots acquire information from the internet, there is always a possibility that the response might be offensive or harmful. On the matter, Pichai assured that Bard’s AI services will be better and more responsible.
