Although Karachi Kings got knocked out pretty soon from the tournament, its captain, Imad Wasim has made history in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) by becoming the first player to score 1000 runs and take 50 wickets.
Imad Wasim, a reliable all-rounder
The all-rounder achieved this feat during the 2023 edition of the PSL, where he played for the Karachi Kings. There’s no doubt that Imad has been an integral part of the Karachi Kings’ squad since the inception of the PSL, and his consistent performances with both bat and ball have played a significant role in the team’s success over the years.
