Earlier today, former Prime Minister Imran Khan and several other prominent political figures incarcerated in Adiala Jail exercised their voting rights through postal ballots, according to sources. Among those who utilized the postal ballot system were former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rashid, and former Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry.

Despite being behind bars, they ensured their voices were heard in the democratic process, reflecting their commitment to civic duty and political participation. However, Bushra Bibi, the wife of Imran Khan, was unable to participate in the voting process due to her subsequent conviction and arrest following the completion of the postal voting period.
