Imran Khan Announces To Go On Hunger Strike Over Lack Of Confidence In Chief Justice Isa

In recent events, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has voiced his lack of confidence in the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa. During a media interaction at Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail, Khan declared his intention to embark on a hunger strike.

Khan’s decision stems from concerns regarding the Chief Justice’s involvement in benches handling cases related to both the PTI and Khan personally. He expressed apprehension over what he perceives as potential biases and injustices in the legal proceedings.

“I have no faith in the impartiality of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa”, Khan asserted, signaling a significant escalation in his ongoing legal battles and political struggles.
