SCO Meet: India’s S. Jaishankar Calls Pakistan’s FM Bilawal Bhutto “Spokesperson Of A Terrorism Industry”

In a recent press conference held after the conclusion of the SCO Council of foreign ministers meeting in Goa, India’s External Affairs Minister, S. Jaishankar, referred to Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto, as the “spokesperson of a terrorism industry”.

Pakistan and India’s “toxic” relationship

Unfortunately, this statement comes as no surprise, given the ongoing tension between the two nations over the issue of terrorism. India and Pakistan have been at odds for decades over the issue of terrorism, with India accusing Pakistan of providing a safe haven for terrorists who carry out attacks on Indian soil. Pakistan has consistently denied these allegations, but India’s stance remains unchanged.

This recent comment by S. Jaishankar is just another example of the growing animosity between the two nations, which has only intensified in recent years. It remains to be seen whether there will be any progress in resolving the ongoing conflict, but for now, the tensions between India and Pakistan show no signs of easing.
