Imran Khan, the former PM, was indicted in the Toshakhana case on May 10th by Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar. However, the objections raised about the admissibility of the case were rejected by the judge.
Consequently, Imran Khan approached the IHC, which had previously stayed criminal proceedings on the case until June 8th. After the hearing resumed in June, Justice Aamer, on June 23rd, reserved his verdict on the petition and announced that he would review the matter after Eid ul-Adha.
