Juhi Chawla has officially become India’s wealthiest actress, boasting a staggering net worth of INR 4,600 crore ($554 million), according to the Hurun India Rich List 2024. The iconic Bollywood star of the 1990s has surpassed leading contemporary actresses like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, and Alia Bhatt.

The Hurun India Rich List also revealed that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan remains the wealthiest actor with INR 7,300 crore ($880 million) in assets. This year’s report also noted a rise in the number of ultra-wealthy individuals in India, with over 1,500 citizens now possessing assets exceeding INR 1,000 crore.
