In a significant development in the Karsaz accident case, the family of the victims has officially pardoned the main suspect, Natasha Danish, in the name of Allah (SWT). Barrister Uzair Ghouri confirmed that the victims’ family has chosen to forgive her, and dismissed any speculation regarding diya compensation as mere rumors.
The tragic accident, which claimed the lives of a father and daughter, led to a legal case against Danish. The family’s affidavit surfaced online, clearly stating, “We have reached a settlement and have forgiven the accused. We forgive her in the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate.”
In an out-of-court settlement, the family also accepted a job offer for one of its members at the company of Iqbal, another party involved in the case. This forgiveness, free of any financial settlement, brings closure to the case, with both sides agreeing to end the legal proceedings amicably.
