Today marks a significant moment in the Hajj pilgrimage, as over 1.5 million Muslims stand in prayer on the plains of Mount Arafat. This الوقوف (Waqoof-e-Arafa) is a central pillar of Hajj and the place where Prophet Muhammad (SAW) delivered his last sermon.
The Hajj pilgrimage began on Friday in Saudi Arabia, and pilgrims have been engaged in various rituals. Today, at Masjid-e-Nimrah, the Hajj sermon will be delivered and translated into 50 languages for the global audience.
