Miss Switzerland Finalist Strangled To Death, ‘Pureed’ In A Blender By Husband

Source: New York Post

A tragic and brutal murder has shocked Switzerland after the dismembered body of former Miss Switzerland finalist Kristina Joksimovic, 38, was discovered in her home in Binningen, near Basel.

Kristina, a mother-of-two and catwalk coach, was found in February after her husband, identified as “Thomas,” 41, reportedly strangled and dismembered her using garden shears, a knife, and a saw. Some of her body parts were also placed into a powerful blender in a horrifying attempt to “puree” her remains, which were then dissolved in chemicals.

According to reports, Kristina had been planning to leave her businessman husband before the murder, fearing his reaction. Their relationship had been troubled for months, with police previously responding to domestic violence calls at their home.

Just weeks before the murder, Kristina had posted pictures of a seemingly happy couple’s trip to Lake Lucerne on social media.

After his arrest, Thomas admitted to the killing, with a psychological evaluation indicating that he displayed “sadistic-sociopathic traits” and a lack of empathy. Prosecutors revealed that Thomas had also been violent with a previous partner, adding to the chilling details surrounding this heinous crime.
