In a recent update by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Babar Azam, the premier batsman for Pakistan has jumped two spots to secure the prestigious third position in the Test batters list. Other than him, Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan have also moved up one spot to attain the 14th and 17th positions, respectively.

Shaheen Shah Afridi, the current T20I captain has also climbed one position to re-enter the top 10 in the Test bowling rankings. His impressive form and consistent ability to trouble batsmen with his pace and swing have been instrumental in Pakistan’s bowling success in Test matches.
In the One Day International (ODI) format, Babar Azam continues to lead the way as the top-ranked ODI batter. His position at the summit is under threat from India’s Shubman Gill who trails closely in the second position.
