Earlier this week, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) fined Naseem Shah 10% of his match fees for wearing a Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) helmet during a Pakistan Super League (PSL) match. The incident occurred during a game between Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators where Shah was playing for the latter.
Naseem Shah neglects PCB’s rules and regulations
According to PCB regulations, PSL players are only allowed to wear helmets that are pre-approved by the PCB. The BPL helmet that Shah wore was not authorized, which led to his being fined.
