Pakistan’s women cricketers are about to level up their game in a way never seen before. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) just announced a groundbreaking initiative – a month-long fitness training program for the women’s team at the prestigious Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) in Kakul.
Starting in July, the cricket warriors will trade their bats and balls for obstacle courses and rigorous drills, all under the guidance of elite military instructors. This innovative program isn’t just about building muscle.
