A man from Rawalpindi has been brought to court on charges of concealing his first marriage and deceitfully entering into a second marriage. The accused allegedly misled his second wife by pretending to be a bachelor and subsequently forcing her to hand over 16 tolas of jewelry.
The woman, who fell victim to his deception, testified that the man falsely presented himself as a single individual, gaining her trust and that of her family.
