Biden stated, “I got a call from the Saudis. They want to fully recognize Israel if the United States would guarantee that they will provide weapons if other Arab nations attack them.” He also mentioned a plan to establish a civilian nuclear facility in Saudi Arabia, operated by the U.S. military, to help the country transition away from fossil fuels.
