Following a recent wave of death threats directed at Bollywood icon Salman Khan, superstar Shah Rukh Khan has also received a similar threat. According to Indian media, an unknown caller contacted Red Chillies Entertainment, Khan’s production office in Bandra, Mumbai, issuing a death threat against the actor.
In response, Mumbai’s Bandra Police quickly registered a case against the unidentified caller under sections 308(4) and 351(3)(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The Cyber Police are actively involved in tracing the source of the call.
The investigation has led officials to a suspect, identified as Faizan, a resident of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. A team from the Bandra police crime branch has been dispatched to Raipur to confirm the caller’s identity and examine further evidence tied to the threatening call made to Red Chillies Entertainment’s landline.

On the career front, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to start filming Sujoy Ghosh’s upcoming action thriller, King, alongside his daughter Suhana Khan and actor Abhishek Bachchan, who play key roles in the film.
