Taking to Twitter, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan announced that the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Karachi is set to be inaugurated by the end of this year. This is welcome news for cancer patients and their families in the region, as the hospital will provide world-class cancer care and treatment to those in need.

The hospital has already been providing cancer care and treatment in Lahore and Peshawar for many years, and the addition of a new facility in Karachi will greatly expand access to cancer care for people in Pakistan.
