PM Shehbaz Sharif Leaves For Turkey To Express Solidarity & Support For Earthquake Victims

Earlier this month, a devastating earthquake hit Turkey and Syria claiming the lives of more than 50,000 people. In response to the recent tragedy, the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif today left for Turkey to extend support for the victims.

In a tweet, Sharif expressed his condolences for the loss of life and damage caused by the earthquake, and he stated that he was leaving for Turkey to show Pakistan’s support for its “brotherly country.” The Prime Minister’s departure to Turkey highlights the importance of international cooperation and solidarity in times of crisis.

Pakistan-Turkey friendly relations
