Syed Zafar Abbas Jafri, founder of the Jafria Disaster Management Cell Welfare Organization, shared a surprising video recounting a remarkable incident involving Khurram, a man sitting beside him. In the video, Jafri explained, “Today, we will tell you how a simple mobile wallpaper can save you from being robbed or beaten.”

Khurram described his experience while traveling on the newly built Korangi to Lyari Expressway. At Shah Faisal toll plaza, robbers were stopping and robbing people going both ways. When Khurram was stopped, he handed his phone to the robbers. Upon seeing the wallpaper featuring Khurram standing with Syed Zafar Abbas Jafri, one of the robbers told his partner, “Let him go.” Khurram was released, and he even managed to help others escape the situation before calling the police.

Jafri humorously confirmed with Khurram, “So, you’re saying having my picture as a wallpaper saved you?” The video ended with laughter and gratitude for the unexpected help from Jafri’s image.
