The Sindh Police have implemented a ban on officers creating TikTok videos while in uniform or during duty hours. The Rapid Response Force (RRF) issued the directive aimed at maintaining professionalism and efficiency within the force.
According to DIG Faisal Abdullah Chachar, the sensitive nature of the RRF’s duties necessitates officers to remain focused on their responsibilities. Creating TikTok videos is strictly prohibited at police bases, surrounding areas, and during official working hours.
Violations of this directive will be considered a breach of discipline and may result in disciplinary action against the involved officers. The RRF chief emphasized that negligence in adhering to these guidelines will not be tolerated.

This action follows a similar notice issued last week by AIG Karachi Police Imran Yaqoob Minhas. He highlighted that uniforms are provided for official duties, not personal promotion. Several officers, including a DSP, a female constable, and another constable, faced disciplinary actions for violating these guidelines.
