Chang Hsu, a math teacher from Taiwan, has taken an unconventional route to online education success, earning ₹2 crore a year by uploading math lessons on Pornhub. In a bold move to stand out in the crowded online tutoring space, Hsu started posting calculus lessons on the adult platform in May 2020. His strategy worked, attracting nearly 3 million views and over 13,000 subscribers, driving traffic to his paid courses.
With a Master’s degree and 15 years of teaching experience, Hsu initially posted his lessons on YouTube but decided to expand his reach by choosing a platform no one expected. His videos, each about 40 minutes long, feature him solving complex problems in his signature grey hoodie. Although many viewers watch for entertainment rather than education, Hsu’s unique approach has earned him around $270,000 annually.

Operating under the name “changshumath666,” his Pornhub channel has become a popular destination for students wanting to learn calculus.
