Turkey May Enter Israel to Aid Palestine, Says President Erdogan

President Tayyip Erdogan has suggested that Turkey might intervene in Isr@el to support P@lestinians, similar to its actions in Libya and Nagorno-Karabakh. Speaking to his AK Party in Rize, Erdogan criticized Isr@el’s offensive in Gaza and stressed the need for Turkish strength to protect P@lestinian interests. He stated, “We must be very strong so that Isr@el can’t do these ridiculous things to P@lestine.”

Erdogan’s comments have intensified the war of words between Turkish and Isr@eli officials. After his speech, Isr@eli Foreign Minister Israel Katz compared Erdogan’s threats to those of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. In response, Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs likened Isr@eli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Adolf Hitler.
