From MMA fighter Willhelm Ott to legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, over the years, the world has witnessed several non-muslim public figures converting to Islam. Such a similar story of a former Ultimate Fighting Champion (UFC) fighter is currently doing rounds on social media and fans were quick to appreciate the great decision.
Converted to Islam in 2021, made it public in 2023
As per the details, American UFC fighter Kevin Lee recently made it public that he ‘officially’ accepted Islam two years back in 2021 but is making it public now in 2023.
Taking to Twitter, the 30-year-old fighting champion revealed the big news and wrote, “Allah always has a plan and I’m glad I’m on the right path.”

Clarification on the time of conversion
Just to clarify because I see the questions, I officially accepted Islam in my life in October 2021 I just have not come out publicly until recently. I want to start a podcast soon I can speak more in depth there
