Zilla Fatu, the son of the late WWE wrestler Umaga, has embraced Islam and shared his spiritual journey in a YouTube video. In a heartfelt announcement, Zilla expressed his deep appreciation for the religion and described his conversion as a “beautiful” experience.
His decision to convert was influenced by devout Muslim inmates whom he encountered during his time in jail. As per the details, Fatu served a six-year sentence for aggravated robbery at the Texas State Penitentiary.

Known for his fitness and meditation videos, Zilla revealed his acceptance of Islam during his “Sunday Funday” vlog on his YouTube channel. After being intrigued by Islam while in prison, he embarked on a journey of study and research, which ultimately led him to embrace the faith a year ago, on April 3rd, 2022.
