Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has created a new Guinness World Record for taking the most selfies in three minutes. The star achieved this feat by clicking 184 selfies with his fans during the promotion of his latest movie “Selfiee”. This has broken the previous record set by Hollywood actor Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, who had taken 105 selfies in three minutes.

The actor, who is known for his action-packed roles, took a total of 209 selfies of which 25 were disqualified due to being blurry. Akshay Kumar, who is undoubtedly one of the most followed actors on social media, has used this platform to engage with his fans in a unique way.

On the achievement, the actor wrote on his Instagram, “Everything I have achieved and where I am in life is due to the unconditional love of my fans. This is my special tribute to them, acknowledging how they have stood by me throughout my career.”
