Details reveal that producers Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak, along with Panorama Studios, Gulfstream Pictures and JOAT Films are collaborating to bring this critically acclaimed movie to Hollywood. The announcement was made last year at the Cannes Film Festival 2023 and it’s safe to say that movie buffs from around the world are eagerly waiting to see how the remake will turn out.
What’s interesting about this news is that Drishyam is the first Indian film to get a Hollywood adaptation. The movie has already seen success with remakes in various Indian languages and even a Chinese adaptation. And now, with this new project, the franchise is all set to make its mark in Hollywood.
