In a landmark achievement, SpaceX has secured the title of the world’s most valuable aerospace company, boasting a staggering valuation of $210 billion.

This news comes after a recent report by Bloomberg revealed an upcoming tender offer for SpaceX insider shares at $112 per share. This high share price, driven by strong investor demand, propelled the company’s overall valuation past its competitors.

SpaceX’s newfound dominance is further solidified by its impressive launch record. With 360 launches under its belt, primarily accomplished by the reusable Falcon 9 rocket, SpaceX surpasses giants like NASA’s Space Shuttle (135 launches) and the United Launch Alliance (155 launches).

Founded just 22 years ago, SpaceX’s meteoric rise stands out in the established aerospace industry. Industry experts point to a significant jump from a $100 billion valuation just three years ago to a mere $32 billion valuation five years back.

This achievement mirrors the success of Tesla, another company spearheaded by Elon Musk. Similar to SpaceX, Tesla, despite its young age compared to auto giants like Toyota, currently holds the title of the world’s most valuable automaker, with a market cap of $631 billion.
