FIFA Celebrates Kylian Mbappe’s Entry With Viral Pakistani Song ‘Blockbuster’

Pakistani music is making headlines in the football world once again as FIFA has chosen the viral hit “Blockbuster” to celebrate French football star Kylian Mbappe’s on-field entry. This Punjabi song, composed and written by Pakistani artists Zulfikar Jabbar Khan (Xulfi), Umair Butt, Faris Shafi, and Shamroz Butt, carries an old folk music charm that resonates deeply.

Faris Shafi, a renowned Pakistani rapper, lent his vocals to the song alongside Umair Butt and the all-female Gharwi Group, which includes Abida, Rooha Rawal, Sajida Bibi, and Saba Hassan. The song’s vibrant and powerful beats have captivated millions in Pakistan and are now gaining international recognition.
