In G@za’s fifth week under siege, the humanitarian crisis has reached a critical point as residents struggle without food, water, and medicine. Journalist Hind Khoudary, reporting from Deir el-Balah in central G@za, described the severe difficulties faced by civilians, especially in northern G@za, where no civil defense teams or ambulances are available to assist those trapped under rubble.
