Announcing the big news on Facebook, Junaid Akram wrote, “Always broke my heart to see non-cricketing athletes to be raising funds on their own to get a ticket to compete overseas. So I’ve signed 4 MMA fighters so they don’t have to worry about travelling and endorsements anymore. I take care of everything, they just need to get Pakistan a medal”.

Hopefully, we’ll see more inspiring people like Junaid Akram supporting the cause in the coming years.
