Pakistani Martial Artist Ahmad Amin Bodla Breaks 14th Guinness World Record

Pakistani martial artist Ahmad Amin Bodla has once again made his mark in the world of martial arts by breaking his 14th Guinness World Record. Bodla achieved this feat by performing an astounding 534 one-leg push-ups while carrying 60 pounds on his back in just one hour, surpassing the previous record of 300.

This particular category was introduced by Guinness World Records in 2023 with a minimum target of 300 push-ups to achieve the record. Bodla’s remarkable achievement nearly doubled this requirement, showcasing his exceptional strength and endurance.

With this latest record, Bodla now holds the title of the world’s number one in three Guinness World Record categories: 355 kicks in one minute, 801 kicks in three minutes, and 6970 kicks in one hour. Over the past decade, he has also secured 10 more Guinness World Records, solidifying his status as one of the most accomplished martial artists in the world.
