Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa stated on Tuesday that PTI founder Imran Khan could be released from jail in November. Speaking on ARY News’ Bakhabar Savera, Khosa ruled out the possibility of any political deal, emphasizing that any relief would come directly from the judiciary.
Khosa suggested that the U.S. presidential elections might impact Khan’s release, speculating that a win for Donald Trump could favor the PTI founder. He also alleged that U.S. diplomat Donald Lu was involved in a conspiracy to remove Khan from office during his time as Prime Minister.

Criticizing the current government, Khosa claimed that one of the state’s three pillars has been undermined, which, he argued, is weakening governance. He clarified that his role in the Judicial Commission aims to advocate for change within the system, not as an endorsement of the 26th Amendment.
