According to a notice posted on Thursday, Twitter has blocked the Pakistani government’s account from being viewed in India.
The micro-blogging site is required to withhold entire accounts in response to valid legal demands, including court orders, under its guidelines.

Despite the block, the @GovtofPakistan account remained accessible in other countries, such as the United States and Canada, according to checks conducted by several international media outlets.
Twitter and the IT ministries of both India and Pakistan have yet to respond on the matter.
