Following the tragic killing of two Chinese citizens in a suicide attack near Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport on Sunday, China has issued a travel advisory for its nationals.
According to a report by the South China Morning Post on Tuesday, the Chinese government has advised its citizens not to visit Pakistan’s two western provinces, citing security concerns.
The incident, which occurred in the vicinity of one of Pakistan’s busiest airports, highlights the increasing risks posed to Chinese nationals in the country, where they are often targeted in acts of violence.
