The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has terminated the central contract of pacer Haris Rauf following his alleged refusal to join Pakistan’s Test squad for the tour of Australia in 2023-24. Chief selector Wahab Riaz had previously revealed that Haris Rauf refused to take part in the Test tour of Australia. Instead, he wanted to focus on whiteball cricket and manage his workload. As per the details, Rauf’s central contract has been terminated since December 1, 2023. He has not been granted a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to play in any foreign league until June 30, 2024.
