Popular Pakistani YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, and his wife, Aroob Jatoi, were arrested by Lahore police for displaying illegal weapons on social media. The Model Town Organized Crime Unit took action after the couple posted pictures on Instagram showcasing the weapons. Ducky Bhai, known for his family vlogs with millions of views, was also accused of promoting anti-government slogans, according to sources.
Fans of Ducky Bhai expressed concern for the couple and hoped for their quick release. This isn’t the first time the couple has been in the spotlight; they were previously involved in a case when Aroob became a victim of a deepfake video.
Following a brief detention, the couple was released after apologizing in writing and expressing regret. The police decided not to press further charges.
